Engr. Jaher Wasim is a licensed structural/bridge engineer with extensive infrastructure experience involving structural, foundation and bridge engineering. Areas of expertise include analysis and design of bridges, culverts, tunnels and mid to high rise building structures. He is working as the Managing Director of the company.

Engr. Wasim is a Rajuk enlisted structural design professional (DMINB/CE/SD) by the Bangladesh Professional Engineers Registration Board (BPREB)  with an outstanding record of accomplishment for providing engineering solutions that meet demanding schedules and exceed client expectations. Client-focused engineer with working knowledge of latest reinforced concrete and structural steel design; practiced in developing personal client relationships based on trust and quality deliverables. Proficient in analysis and design of bridge and building related seismic-resistant structures using Midas Civil, CSI Bridge, E-TABS, SAP 2000, SAFE and STAAD Pro. Distinguished for the thorough knowledge and understanding of BNBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, ASTM , AASHTO, FHWA, NEHRP, FAA, IRC, PCA standards, and specifications and for excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Engr. Jaher is knowledgeable in the interpretation and application of building codes and practice of engineering regulations and rules for Bangladesh and international jurisdictions. He is perseverant, with good teamwork skills, reliable and hardworking engineer, with the willingness to teach and train colleagues to the success of the projects.
