D8 Consultants Ltd. (D8CL), in collaboration with OCL, has completed the preliminary PSC (Prestressed Concrete) girder bridge designs as part of the feasibility study for upgrading an 11 km highway from 2 lanes to 4 lanes under the Roads and Highways Department (RHD), Narshingdi.

The project focuses on enhancing regional connectivity, traffic capacity, and road safety while ensuring long-term structural performance. D8CL’s scope included:
