He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer (PEng), widely respected for his leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to engineering excellence.

Throughout his career, Engr. Kashem has led multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and implementation of major transportation, water resources, urban development, and structural engineering projects. His proven track record in project management, design supervision, and quality assurance reflects a deep understanding of international standards and best practices.
